Janice Hardy - Cognitive Behavioural Therapist
Qualifications and affiliations: MBACP, Foundation Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Therapy: I work providing cognitive behavioural therapy for children, young people and adults. I have experience working with a wide range of issues including bereavement, anxiety, depression, trauma and sexual abuse.

Audrey Hobson - Person Centred Counsellor
Qualifications and affiliations: Registered member of the BACP (registration number 104904) European Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, Certificate in Counselling, Solution focused skills, Solution focused therapy, Overcoming low self-esteem, Drug and Alcohol awareness, Myton Hospices children's, young adults bereavement service.
Specialising: Helping people through challenges of life, I offer a safe, respectful, caring, confidential space where you can express your feelings without judgement. Difficulties, worries and problems can be explored and begin to be understood, so change can start to take place. Maybe you are feeling depressed, alone, anxious? Perhaps you're struggling with low self-esteem or a relationship? It could be that you're coping with bereavement and are finding that the loss has brought up other difficulties within your life.
Therapy: As a person centred counsellor my role is to offer the assistance you may need, by applying my experience in counselling- working with many diverse individuals who present a wide range of issues to resolve by bringing my personal and professional experience to my work. I work with adults in individual therapy, both long and short term. I mainly offer afternoon and evening appointments, however can be flexible. I provide an initial assessment for £15.00, where we can explore whether counselling is right for you and whether it feels like we can work together.

Zoe Moore - Moore Therapy - Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist
Qualifications and affiliations: Post Graduate Diploma and certificate in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (University of Derby), B.Sc. (Hons) Psychology. Member of BACP. Currently completing a M.Sc. in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Therapy: As an Integrative therapist trained in Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Attachment Informed Therapy I can draw from a variety of methods and techniques, enabling me to offer a therapeutic style best suited to you and your individual needs/experience. As a therapist I offer professionalism, genuineness, warmth and non-judgment and will endeavor to build a supportive, respectful and confidential relationship, in which you feel heard, valued and safe to explore and discuss your thoughts, feelings, experiences and goals. I currently offer Online Counselling, face to face counselling and short and long-term therapy.
Experience:In addition to my private practice I have over 15 years experience working in the voluntary sector supporting individuals around their mental health. I have significant experience working with a wide variety of issues including; stress, anxiety, depression, childhood issues and abuse, postnatal depression and anxiety, parenting issues, self-esteem and confidence issues, relationship issues, self-harm, anger, abuse, Aspergers/autism, loss and trauma. I have 7 years experience supporting parents around their mental health and wellbeing. I developed and ran the Mums in Mind service in Coventry.

Therapy: A person-centred practising counsellor for over 16 years, working with Adults, Adolescents and Children (5 years upwards) from a wide variety of backgrounds and ethnicities. I believe it is a strength to be able to ask for help when we are struggling. I will offer you a warm, friendly and compassionate service whereby you will have an opportunity to explore what is troubling you, understand your thoughts and feelings around this and hopefully commence your journey towards happiness and "inner-peace".
