Therapy: I am Person-centred therapist who works integrativly and spiritually, specializing in sexual trauma and issues regarding diversity. I offer therapy to children and young people from the age of 7+ as well as adults regarding a range of issues which may be effecting you. I support clients in being able to understand and manage their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours by connecting mind, body, and soul rather than treating these separately. As I specialise in sexual trauma, I offer psychoeducation as a way of supporting clients in processing and understanding their trauma in more depth. The more you learn to understand yourself; the more you can embark on and embrace your journey of life.
